SUPERVISION
We use and adapt an open HMI supervision system based on PC technology developed in C++ and running under the Windows PRO environment. Our solution is integrated on all our installed machines and if necessary, we can integrate and adapt the new HMI software from Beckhoff Automation GmbH or carry out specific developments (PackML, Industrie 4.0 oriented).

VISION
Our team develops vision applications for its machines using Visual Studio in C++. We carry out the image processing and manage the acquisition tools in HDevelop, an integrated development environment (IDE) for machine vision. HDevelop is a highly interactive environment that enables us to create image processing solutions quickly and efficiently.

For greater flexibility, we use a library that acts as an HdevEngine interpreter, enabling our HDevelop programs and procedures to be loaded and run directly from C++ or Visual Basic applications. This allows us to modify the vision part of your application without needing to compile it. We also have a number of support utilities and graphical user interfaces to help you build your Vision applications.
In addition, HDevelop contains wizards for common sub-tasks, such as image acquisition, camera calibration or matching. The graphical user interface of these HDevelop wizards can be used to interactively set up and configure the requirements of your application and insert the corresponding code sequence at the request of the HDevelop program.
Our team has also developed NEXERA-ConfigVision learning software, which gives users the autonomy and flexibility to create models without the assistance of a specialist. This software has been specially designed to meet the flexibility needs of our customers whose production strategies are geared towards customised products.
